Established in 1988, spreads across an area of 9.37 Sq.km in the Nandyal District of Andhra Pradesh, is home to many birds, Reptiles and Mammals. Rollapadu WLS is especially known for being the home to the critically endangered species, the Great Indian Bustard and Lesser Florican. Rollapadu Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the very few sanctuaries meant for conservation of the highly endangered Great Indian Bustard in India.
