• 2 persons will be allowed for one room and Rs.1500/- will be charged for each extra person (including food and safari), maximum room limit is 3 persons.

• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a mattress as an extra bed.
• SMOKING & CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN AND AROUND NALLAMALAI JUNGLE CAMPS.
• No room service will be provided.
• PLEASE CARRY VALID IDENTITY PROOF OF ALL THE MEMBERS.
• Please take care of your belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss/damage of your belongings including vehicle by NATURAL CALAMATIES & WILD ANIMALS.
• Domestic Animals are not allowed inside the complex of camp.
• The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Nallamalai Jungle camps property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
• Parents and guardians are personally and legally responsible for children at all times.
• Please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or anywhere on resort property.
• Room Booking is not Transferable.
• There will be no refund for any unforeseen calamities which may occur during the event.
• Fares are inclusive of Food Charges.
• Bairluty Tariff Includes Accommodation, Food (Lunch, Evening Tea, Dinner, Morning Tea, Break Fast) and Jungle Safari
• Bank charges for online accommodation booking

• Refunds for Credit/Debit card bookings are done through Credit/Debit cards only and no cash refund is given.
• No preponement / postponement of tours is allowed.
• The Visitors Should not Argue with the Nallamalai Jungle Camps Members.
• Co-operate with Nallamalai Jungle Camps for better service.
• Any Violation of rules of A.P. Forest Act 1967 and Wildlife Protection Act 1972 will be charged with provisions prescribed in the said Acts.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of the Divisional Forest Officer is final.

Cancellation Rules:

• No refund in case of cancellation done within 24 hours of accommodation availability date.
• 20% of the fare deducted in case cancellation done between 24 hours and 48 hours.
• 10% deducted in case cancellation done more than 48 hours of accommodation availability date.
