Instructions:
1. Ticketed visitors should reach the nekkanti jungle ride counter ( shikharam) before 09:00 am on journey day.
2. Every visitor should show aadhar/ identity card.
3. Everybody above 8 years should get a ticket.
4. Do not put plastic in nekkanti jungle ride.
5. Ticket not transferable.

Reasons for restriction on the number of Vehicles and Tourists:

1.The restriction is as per rules in force
2.Wild animals are extremely sensitive to humans
3.Disturbance over and above the carrying capacity will adversely affect wild animals behavior and habitat
4.NJR is a part of Critical Tiger Habitat ( Core Area) of Nagarjunasagar Srisailam Tiger Reserve and characterised by the frequent movement of Tiger, Leopard and Sloth Bear, etc. Considering the sensitivity of the area, restrictions are in place.

Request from Forest Department:

We are in a prestigious tiger reserve and kindly co-operate with the administration. We regret the inconvenience caused by the restriction on number of vehicles and timing. However coexistence is our spirit to achieve sustainable living.
Please refrain from attempting to pursue or pressurize officials, which is illegal and punishable.
Kindly understand and co-operate for better management of Nekkanti Jungle Ride and to serve visitors in a better way.

Nekkanti Jungle Ride is situated near to Srisailam and the ride is around 8.5 km in the adobe of Nallamala Forest leading to Goddess Istakameswari Temple.

 Online Reservation System :-

• Everyday 5 vehicles will be open for online booking.
• The advance online bookings will be available for not more than 15 days in advance.
• Tourists with Online booking have to reach Sikharam NJR counter on or before 10.30 am on the day of the ride. Else the booking will be cancelled automatically and no refund will be entertained.
• Online booking will be closed by 10.00 am on the day of the ride.
• Cancellation of the reservation is admissible until 06.00 pm of the previous day of the ride. And 50% cancellation charges applicable.

Offline Reservation System :-

• Everyday 10 vehicles will be open for offline booking.
• The counter will be opened from 08:30 am onwards.
• Offline Reservation will be closed by 11.00 am every day.
